HD/BR DVD to ISO

I have backed up my HD and BR disks using slysoft HD AnyDVD, and they output them as Files. I now need to go through each one of my BR and HD titles and turn them back into ISO's so that I may use PowerDVD's newer versions. What should I do to make these files?

Solution
imgburn -> Create Image using the UDF file system.
