I've :search:and:readfaq:, but I couldn't find anything like my problem: I have been using Autogk now for about 3 month and I'm really grateful for this great tool. However, whenever I have used it for 3-4 times without any problem, the next time I want to open Autogk nothing happens, i.e., the sand-glass appears for a few seconds and that was it. I then have to uninstall Autogk, restart my computer, go to C:\Programm files\Autogk and delete autogk manually. If I don't, I get an error message when I reinstall Autogk. If I don't restart my computer, I can't delete the Autogk file. And then I have to go to C:\Windows\System32 and delete the file Vobsub.dll, otherwise there will be the same problem with an error message when installing. If I tell the computer to ignore this problem, the program would not run after finishing the installation. That's why I always delete these two files after having uninstalled Autogk. I then reinstall Autogk and it works well for the next 3 to 4 times. I use Windows XP2000. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The next time it happens, Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up the Task Manager, click the Processes tab and close any applications that may be running due to AutoGK, particularly anything that you have to delete to reinstall, then try to open it again.

OK. I will try and see what's happening (the program is running at the moment).
Thanks.
