HCenc Matrix Question

When i look at the GUI for HCenc 22 under the tab for the matrix I see intra and non-intra. Is that refering progressive and interlaced sources? If the source is interlaced is it the set of #'s (matrix) under the title intra used and for progressive source is the non-intra #'s (matrix) used?

The term intra coding refers to the fact that the compression techniques are performed relative to information that is contained only within the current frame.
More compression efficiency can be obtained however if the inherent temporal are exploited as well (non-intra coding).

That is real intersting I will read it through. It is all math... lots of stuff going on during the encoding phase,
