Avidemux and Hybrid Film

I dumped and indexed my vob as described here:

Avidemux processes the film fine, but it does not generate time codes. I need to either decimate some of the interlaced frames or make the video VFR. I can't figure out how to do either of these.

I'm trying to avoid DGIndex/Avisynth. How can I make this possible in Avidemux?

I think Avidemux doesn't handle Hybrid Film yet :(
You'll have to cut it before loading into Avidemux, so you can process the single parts separately...
