View Full Version : [VirtualDubMod + NanDub] Video problems when muxing audio with delay

Hello everyone!
I have a video file with audio. And I wanted to add another stream of audio, so I used VirtualDubMod to do so. It worked perfectly, and I had a video file with 2 audio streams (2 different languages).
But then I've noticed that one audio stream (the one I added) has a synch problem and comes a little before the video.
So I did some tests and trials, and found out that I need to delay the audio in 1760 ms. So I did again the whole process, but this time I put a delay of 1760 ms. And now there was a problem with the video. In some places at the movie, there are some video problems. I don't know why it is, and why that happens only when I set the delay.
With NanDub it happens too!!!
Can somebody explain to me and help me with that...?

BTW, what is "interleaving", and what are the recommended settings?

Ahhh... Another thing that probably would be important to know: the audio file is a CBR mp3 file.

Thank you for your help...

Edit: My mistake!!! I tried again, and this time it worked perfectly (with the delay). I just saved the file on the same hard disk of the original file (and earlier I saved the file on another disk). I think it's something in the second hard disk (it must be damaged), because I tried again on the second HD (the damaged one) and this happened again. Funny thing... But I am happy to solve this.
Thanks anyway...
