I am new to this.
I have a HD-musicmovie, x264 with a mkv extension.
It contains a dts stream.
How can I split this into a dts stream, video, chapter.
I would like, with the chapterinformation, cut the dts stream
so that I only have left the songs in DTS that I like and burn them
on a dvd.
Thanks.

Download mkvtoolnix. It contains mkvextract which can extract every stream of the .mkv file.
If you need a gui for this (cause it's command line tool) search for mkvextractgui.

Have look at this (http://forum.doom9.org/forumdisplay.php?f=74) forum too. Here's is where your "problem" really belongs.

You need to use some video editor to split your video files. And there are a lot of such kind of editor for you to choose and if you get the film start time and end time the editor will split it automatically for you.
