mkvtoolnix bug

I have just installed the latest version ov mkvmergeGUI 2.1.0 and I want to set the language tag for every track, but the system doesn't remember it. As fast as I set the new one it forgot the old one and even changing the track does it.

Is it a bug or just my problem?

I tried it on different computer and always happen this problem, only version 1 hasn't it.
In the script doesn't appear the --language switch.

So I write the script with version 1 and run it with version 2.0.

The os where Win2k and XP64
