Hello everybody,
I want to encode a live music show.
However, because of the blur light and the background in some scene, the program auto uses softer matrix and softer resizer. That makes the resolution decrease a lot.
Is there any specific way to encode something like this?
Thank you very much.

May anyone help me?

Do not bump threads like that, or you can get a rule 11 strike.

The matrix cannot decrease the resolution, so your question is incoherent. Try posting a link to an unprocessed source clip that we may inspect and use to duplicate your issue.

As neuron2 said, that doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Maybe you mean it makes the image unacceptably soft or it lacks detail after the encode.

The easiest thing for you to do is increase the file size. The result will be that the sharper matrix and resizer will be used, and AutoGK may choose a higher resolution as well (if you allow it to). If you check the log, you may see a pretty low percentage number after the compression test. That would be the reason AutoGK chose the softer matrix and resizer. I suspect you also set a specific width, which limited AutoGKs options for giving you a good result. In fact, for a more informed response you had better post the log file so we can have a look.

If the final file size isn't all that important to you, you might do a 1-pass quality encode for the default 75%. That way you'll be pretty much guaranteed a good result.
