Encoders that Utilize a Core Duo 2?

Which 3rd Part Divx Encoders, free or otherwise utilize a Core Duo 2 Processor?

Isnt the codec multi-threaded anyway so there is no need for a special encoder? At least on my X2 both cores seem to get used and speed is quite nice :)
