Merge two *.mp4 audio files

Hello! Staff please excuse me, if breaking the rules. I' am noob in this community.

Can you please tell me, how can I merge two *.mp4 files? I grabbed them from 2 video files and I want to merge them now, but can't find, which software i need.:stupid:

I use Yamb to merge two *.mp4 without recompress them.

Thank you! But after 1 hour working on the movie, i've considered, that it is pointless to transcode/encode it. Merry Christmas! :)
