So, I don't even know if this is where I should be asking this question but considering that it's either ask a question here or shoot something I figure I'll ask:) I searched for a minute about distorted/ pixelated menu images and found nothing to help. The problem is, when transcoding a DVD in NeroVision all of my motion backgrounds look great but all of my menus with images for backgrounds look horrible! I've tried resizing them and changing the format to 24bit bitmap images but nothing seems to help. So if any of you savvy video guys/ gals could lend a hand it would be sincerely appreciated!!!:thanks:

So because I used Nero this is in this forum? Ok. But I think the problem might be in the background image properties and not in the transcoder as all of the other video and audio in the menus is flawless....... But then again what do I know!?!?

Moved to IFO/VOB Editors, where you may get some "traction" from the menu gurus. In any event, there is no need to resize frames, as this will only lead to trouble.

You can use VobBlanker (http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/vobblanker.htm) to substitute a BMP for a menu PGC. See animated guide (http://www.goonix.biz/download/tutorials/replacebackground.htm).
