help with audio delay

i dont know if this is a dgindex problem but here goes. ive been encoding my rips in 264 like so create a d2v file using dgindex then an avi script and encoding using megui.
usually dgindex caculates the correct audio delay
eg:episode 5 T01 3_2ch 384Kbps DELAY sometimems.ac3
but with this series i get: episode 5 T01 3_2ch 384Kbps DELAY 0ms.ac3 and 0ms is not the correct delay when the files are muxed.
