Xbox HDMI Cable ??

Hello,
Do you have to buy the $50 dollar Microsoft 360 Hdmi Cable, or can you just
use a regular one??


Also if you just use component is 1080i as high as you can go with HD DVD Movies

You can use any HDMI. To make you buy their cable, they've made it so that you cannot plug the HDMI and Component/Composite (for optical audio) in at the same time. However, you can just remove the plastic shell from the latter to make it fit.

And yeah, 1080i is the max for HD-DVD movies, though 1080p works for games.

Yeah, it doesn't matter. It's just 1080p24 with pulldown to 1080i, no worries. Your TV will convert it back to 1080p24 losslessly.
