Remuxing OGM to MP4

I have a lot of OGM containers with multiple audio tracks and subtitle tracks. I want to change all these files into MP4s so they play nice with my current media set-up.

Primarily I work on a Mac, although I have a Windows rig as well. So far everything I've tried results in a MP4 file with only one audio track, and at best only one subtitle track. This is bad, I want to preserve all streams.

Can MP4 files only handle one audio stream? If not what tools can I use to remux my files? Thanks.

What should I use to encode Vorbis to AAC? I tried BeSweet with BeSweetGUI in Wizard mode, as well as BeLight. I add the .ogg Vorbis audio as input files, but for output AAC is grayed out. If I understand the FAQ I cannot encode AAC without purchasing an encoder such as Nero's.

I also tried AC3 and MP3. In most cases BeSweet crashes. I've tried both versions: 1.51b31 and 1.4. I also made sure I installed the missing dll file. When it does not crash I end up with a ~40Kb audio file (The source is a 15MB OGG). I've tried several of the OGM files I have, demuxed them, and all the resulting OGG audio files behave in the same way. :(

I'm running Vista Ultimate (a real copy) but I didn't see anybody else complaining on BeSweet crashing on Vista. I've also made sure I installed the oggDS which includes ogg.dll and two other dlls.

Sorry for the potentially stupid question, I feel somewhat dumb because I've been reading the FAQs and searching for about an hour and I've failed.

Ah, you don't need to purchase an encoder, that's the thing - both are available freely, one from nero and one from winamp. Both can be found by search (but not quickly enough that I could link them, too tired to hunt) or in packages like megui or staxrip. Winamp's is just a dll that comes with the full download.
