zoom player problem with subtitles

any video with subtitle not work, the sound works, but the screen goes black and the image not appears, only in videos with subtitle, what is wrong?

Edit: I found the problem video codec arent loading in videos with subtitle, how fix this? =/

I'ld recommend that you download the full Zoom Player install.

It has a library of codecs which can be updated from time to time.
I like the CCCP 'beginners pack' for it's sheer simplicity and small footprint... but

Zoom Player has a much more long-term strategy to maintaining your system's health and vitality.
