View Full Version : Playing back Blu Ray .ts files?

For general knowledge, lets say that I obtained 1080p Blu Ray videos that have been converted (remuxed?) to .ts files. These files have several audio options including some of the new next gen codecs.

When I try to play these files in VLC, I get nothing at all. When I play them in WMP, I get video but no audio. If I switch audio tracks in WMP, the screen video gets all messed up and jagged.

I'm using a 2.4GHZ Intel quad core processor, with 4gig ram, and GeForce 8600 GTS.

Anyone know how I can play these files, and possibly get the audio working? Thanks!

I recently downloadedSome tend to ignore it,
others really abhor it.
Some spite it for kicks,
but none can avoid rule six (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm).

This is a purely hypothetical situation.
