In general, when viewing an audio file, using a tool for exmaple, what parameters to use to determine if an audio is of good or higher quality or not? Bitrate, sampling rate, etc.?

You can have the highest bit rate, the highest sample rate, the highest bit depth and it wouldn't make a difference if the source is crap. Gotta use your ears to determine that.
