i bought this and wanted to back it up because my son will wear it out and it says reallocation of files failed what does this mean????? polease help

Are you referring to a ripping program? a burning program (NERO, perhaps)?
If "it" is, in fact, NERO, simply click on the "continue" radiobutton and then a few seconds later, the "OK" radiobutton...

i start with shrink and then it goes straight to burning with nero and then thats when i get the error

Use RipIt4me (or DVDFabHD Decrypter), instead of only DVD Shrink to properly rip this Disney release that contains "RipGuard" copy protection - and if, after doing this, NERO generates a "File Allocation" notification, as I stated previously, simply click on the "continue" radiobutton and then a few seconds later, the "OK" radiobutton...
