I record tv-shows aired on swedish TV in H.264. I use H264TS_Cutter for cutting the stream, later on i encode them to XviD. If i don't use H264TS_Cutter my encodes end up out of sync. The problem is that the software freezes and acts buggy overall, are there any other alternatives for cutting/demuxing h.264-ts?

I've googled and searched the forums without any real luck, so i would really appreciate some advice!

You can demux with xport. You can cut and demux with TSRemux. To demux just Rt click on the required stream. It cuts the files by trimming both ends.
