Try any DVD authoring package, e.g., TMPGE DVD Author.

DVDauthorgui is also nice if you want a free option.

Hello, i am trying to create a dvd from scratch with 4 video clips and a menu system and was looking for suggestions and and a few answers.
the 4 clipshave been converted from vhs to .avi file using the import options on XP, so now i have 4 ai and 4 images relating to each clip that i would like to use on a menu system to choose the appropriate clip.
Now i am unsure as to what the next step would be, i was thinking that maybe i should join the clips together and then convert to dvd giving me the correct files needed for burning, and from reading over vaious help sites i believe i could make a mune system which would link to each section of the film, however if all i have is a series of vob files how do i know to link to the correction location or how do i find out?
If anyone can offer any advice/suggestions that would be much appreciated.
Thank You
I have added this as another thread and been told it was asking the same question, cany anyone look at it and offer me a solution as i feel i am asking something different to the original question

Nero Vision is probably the simplest way - it's drag-and-drop.
The only thing I see different between the original question in this thread and the repost is the detail of how the clips came to be.

I'm Semi-Newb over here & far from an expert on the topic but actually, that just lends more credence to My sugestion!
Why? Because if a Semi-Newb found it easy to use then it must be !
The program Favc makes it so stinkin easy to prepair mutiple avi's & a menu so they can be burnt to a DVD-5 that even a total newb could get it up & running in like 3 mins & You can use any pic you want as a background for the menu.
It's a compilation of freeware tools(probably the best out there for the job) that will prep Your avi's, menu & Sub-Titles for a DVD Burning Program.
