Multiple encoding

I wondered if anyone could recommend software to encode multiple short avi or Mpeg films (i.e. cartoons) to DVD and burn them all onto a single DVD disc at once. I've been able to encode avi files individually to DVD format using avi2dvd, but the DVD decrypter will only burn one film per disc?

I've now downloaded DVDflick thanks. However, I'm trying now to encode and burn direct to disc a few short movies to a DVD that I know I have enough disc space for. But I still get a message saying 'not enough disc space for drive e:\'

Should I be saving it to the hard drive first in the 'project destination folder' before burning it to disc?

If your looking to convert & burn for a standard Dvd player I use http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/ it does a great job. If you enable sequential playback to watch one after the other.
To keep it as avi/divx I use Divx Author, will also play one after the other. http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/author/

I'm now using VSO software to convert my files, but when encoding it freezes at 82% way through?

I've used VSO ConvertXtoDvd for about 1 1/2 years. Never had a problem with it. I really like it's all in one capability. Convert/Menu/Shrink/& Burn. The one time I couldn't convert a download, found out it was not encoded correctly.

Using DVD flick, I've even gone to the extreme of trying to convert only two '7 minute' short films onto a 4.7gb DVD disc, and it still tells me that I've not enough disc space available on e:\ drive!?

I'm baffled.

The question is: what is the size of the drive E:, what is its filesystem and how much of the space is free?

Don't know what the 'filesystem' means!? The e:\ drive on my PC is the writable ROM.

Filesystem, also "file system" is eg. NTFS, FAT32, FAT, CDFS, UDF...

If the program is set to have its temporary files (or output files) on a drive which is not normally writable (it should usually be a hard drive, not a writable ROM drive), it won't be able to finish the task.
Are you trying to output the files from DVD Flick directly onto CD/DVD???

Yes, directly onto DVD. I did notice when I downloaded the software that the 'destination folder' was set to c:\mydocuments. Should I have left it at that setting? And how would I burn it to disc from hard drive?

Thanks everyone, it's working. Just one other thing, that I can't find in the user guide. Would it be possible using DVDflick to have all the short movies as icons showing on the screen to choose which one to go into?
