How to only do 2nd pass video in tpmg??

the sub. sais it all;
after a crash i was left with an incomplete m2v file and the 'idx' file (I think this is the 'filewiththe_bitrate_distribution' in it)
so how do you make tpmg continue using this file?? (let him do the whole 2dn pass again)

Look, the question doesn't seem to be too complicated...meaby the answer is tho... (altho i don't think so)...so, Is no-reply something witch I am to take as a 'not possible' (as an answer)

Sadly it's true. That's not possible. Maybe you can ask Hori San about adding that feature.
