update info?

I've been away from my computer for a while and i see gknot has evolved quite a bit since the last time i came here, and there are a few things i'm wondering: Do I need to install every update or just the last one, and do they include the lattest versions of the programs involved ( i saw the last one has the lattest vobsub) or do i need to install them myself? I confess i haven't look through the site real well but i didn't have time to do so lattely (f**k the Euro)and i'm hopping some kind soul wiil fill me in.

if you have pre 0.21 install .21 and update it to 0.23. this will also take care of updating all of the other programs gknot uses.
