Setup:
Film with 5 scenes: A,B,C,D,E
extra versions of some scenes: B*, E*
Task:
get all scenes into one mkv
and make two playable tracks for different versions of the film:
ABCDE and ABC*DE*
and only put each scene once into the mkv
as an option, to make it even more difficult: :p
the scenes come uncut, joined in two files: ABCDE and B*E*
of course, they could be cut. but why not use the highly acclaimed chaptering capabilities of the matroska format?
