Some DVDs have episodes on it. Is there a way for me to use TMPGENc to select the IFO/VOB Files and create the MPG 1 files like FlaskMPEG but save it and can run a batch on it later without having me to select them all the time when 1 episode is completed.. as it will select the next one and so on.

Yes, under settings select source limit and double click on it, then use the slide bar to select each episode and then add it to batch, when you have them all done select run or wait till a latter time, they will still be there, you can even have it turn off your computer when done.
