Witch (cheap) DVD-player do one buy today?

Blue-Ray and HD-DVD is still to expensive, so which DVD-player (chipset) do one buy today? It must have HDMI, H.264 and Divx-support for bigger sized movies than 720x576 would also be nice.

Many reviewers have found the Oppo digital to be the best standard DVD player. I personally have tried many and I agree the Oppo is best for upconverting on the market. Yes will play DivX ect...
