I keep on getting the message that mswinsck.ocx is not registered. I tried registering manually by running regsvr32 and I can't register it.
I searched my C drive and the only copy of this ocx is in the folder where dvd-rb is installed.
any ideas?
thank you.
edit: solved it! I need to run dvd-rb as admin :)

I don't remember if Vista64 has an administrator mode, but if it does, use it.
Also, that annoying crap that tells you that you're moving files and stuff and makes you click 4 times to tell it you REALLY do want to move a folder from 1 folder to the next and you REALLY do want to move all the subfolders and subfiles with it. TURN THAT OFF!
I ditched Vista, but DVD-RB worked fine with it, the only things I changed were turning that "feature" off and using administrator mode (if applicable).
Sorry, I've used x32 and x64 and gotten the 2 a little mixed together.
Whoops, just read your reply. lol. guess it does have admin mode

Avoid installing DVD rebuilder in the "programs files" folder.
I have it installed like this, "C:\Users\James\Program Files\DVD-RB PRO"
