How can I make my video smaller in file size like on gametrailers HD's videos? They are using WMV3 codec but I can't seem to get the same kind of results. Anyone know what I should do?

Try x264? MeGUI is a good GUI for that if you're not one for commandline tools.

On Gametrailers.com, they are using WMV3 and it looks excellent on HD videos at around 3300 Kb/sec. How can I get those files sizes and still get good quality videos?

WMV3 is a Video-for-Windows version of Windows Media Video, which while pretty decent is generally drastically inferior to x264 at low bitrates.
If you need detailed help, come on Freenode IRC and join #x264 or #x264dev.
