Dolby E

Anyone has experience with the professional audio format "Dolby E"? I'm trying to find a capture card that will capture both video and Dolby E audio (which are on channels 3 and 4 on a Beta tape) and convert the track to AC3.

Not sure if I had to post this in video capture forum, but it seems more audio related.

Ok let's say I can capture the raw Dolby E streams through the capture card's SDI connection.
Anyone knows of a software Dolby E decoder/transcoder to AC3?
