AviSynth Versions [Archive]

I am using AviSynth with DVD-RB 98.2 free version and HCenc 22 I can't tell which version of Avisynth I have as it just says 2.5 I understand version 2.58 is out there will it work with DVD-RB 98.2. I am still using the version that came with the installer.

Go to C:\Windows\system32 and find avisynth.dll

Find its properties (Alt-Enter) and click on version. It is most likely 2.5.6. From what I read, HCEnc 22 requires 2.5.7 or higher. I am using 2.5.8 with no problems at all (DVDRB Pro 1.26.5)
