Hey guys. I've been interested in component capture for a while now. I determined that 480p capture was too hard to find/too expensive, so I'm looking for a 480i component capture card. I found a couple GREAT deals for ~$50. However, my problem is that my PC doesn't have PCI-e ports, which these cards need. Do you guys know of any regular PCI capture cards that support component 480i? Thanks a bunch. =)

PS: preferably one without a built-in hardware encoder. I'm looking for the best quality I can find. This whole new deal about MPEG2 hardware encoders is very fishy, and I'm not 100% sure I can get uncompressed video out of it.

PMS Sweetspot or as its called in other area's, PDI Deluxe will do the job. 250$ last I checked, around 2 years ago.

I haven't heard of the PMS sweetspot...what's the manufacturer?

PDI deluxe is $230 now...still way over my head in terms of cash. I'm not looking to spend much over $100 total on this.
