Fix Audio Desynch in Anime

I've got an anime in an MKV container encoded with x264 and japanese audio in AAC and english in Vorbis. The english audio is behind the video. How can I fix this? Everything I read has to do with how you rip it or something but since I muxed the english audio into an already ripped anime in synch I didn't have anything to do with ripping.

Re-rip from the original DVD using the English soundtrack.
