From the GSpot screenshot, it looks like the problem lies with your source AVI file. Were you able to play that AVI file to the end using Windows Media Player or Media Player Classic or VirtualDub?

@hypnoticpimp

Hi!

1) Why are you trying to convert a DivX-compressed .AVI that you created to an XviD-compressed .AVI?

2) Just use your original source material, presumably a DVD, to convert directly to XviD using AutoGK

3) As noted by "ilovejedd", GSpot clearly indicates that the DivX file you originally created is truncated (cut short)

Reading your answers, I've installed Gspot on my computer to see if I've got the same problem, but the file size was correct and I can watch the movie without any problem on my pc using Windows Media Player.
My video is not from a DVD but from tv.

Try updating the DgIndex program. It solved this problem for me.

Yes the same problem, but no answer there.
As to a newer version, I installed autogk on another computer just a few days ago so I thought it must have been the latest version (2.48 beta) and the problem was still there.

I've just now installed the DgIndex program. So I'll try and report back.

Thanks to everybody

the DgIndex didn't help either. I'm still stuck with the same problem and there are now more and more movies with the same problem.
