encore DVD 2.0 authoring problem

I used encore DVD 2.0 to authoring a teaching video. Everything was fine from preview, but after wrote on disc, the video turn to brighter, foggy, less saturate, and highlight parts were wash out. I used Premiere to correct this, but not much help. I hope someone could tell me the way to correct this problem.

What I normally do is capture the vids.
then make sure the vids are ok.
then use Nero Vision and burn it, never once did I have a problem with the DVD video turn out different.




PS: you use Premeir ?

1, moving the pointer( on the timeline) to the left side where you want cut to start, pick up razor tool from tool box then follow the red line to make a cut, then move the pointer to the right side where you want cut to finish, follow the red line click the razor tool again.
2. right click on the cut off clip, then ripple delete.
