Want to calm down "shimmering" artefacts made by deinterlacing.
For this need to make a mask - pixels which move not more than 1 or 2 pixels up/down (or maybee in both directions)
Tried mvtools (and masktools) to make such mask but without sucess. Could someone give me an advice, how to make (black) mask to select areas which move
1. less then treshold in both directions x,y
2. in vertical direction only?
thank you!

1. mvmask(kind=0) is absolute value of vector (scaled).
try tune params.
but how you will differ it from real movement?

2. not implemented in mvtools.

probably with zero motion as luma=128 and motion with sign, not absolute

Fizick, thank you for implementation!
