MP4 compliance check?

Are there any utilities that will look at an MP4 file and determine compliance with spec? I'm attempting to encode files I have using the MP4 container, but I'm finding that adhering to strict spec compliance can be difficult if I'm remuxing with old files I encoded long ago.

you can use the various options of mp4box to analyse files, mpeg4vol for mpeg4asp video streams in mp4, mp4videoinfo from mpeg4ip, mp4dump from mpeg4ip...
