Is there a way to sync audio/video files in a batch? I just want to delay the audio by -150ms on some files. Is there a tool or something?

Hi!
What are the file formats (video and audio)?

AVI container with XviD and MP3, encoded them myself, but I didn't realize the audio sync problem.

You can use VirtualDub with its job control function...

No I can't. I would have to do it manually for each file:
- Open file
- Go to streams
- Go to interleave
- change the audio/video sync
- Save file
I want to select a bunch of files and just change the value for the audio/video offset for all of them...
Or at least use a tool where I can pass command line options to open a file, change the offset and save the file without user interaction, than I could create a little batch file to help me out... But doing all those actions in VirtualDubMod is too much work.

No I can't. I would have to do it manually for each file:
- Open file
- Go to streams
- Go to interleave
- change the audio/video sync
- Save fileNo, that's not how you use the "Job Control" function of VirtualDub.
Only ONE time do you have to:
- Open file
- Go to streams
- Go to interleave
- change the audio/video sync
Then, click on "File", select "Save as", enter a new filename - and put a checkmark in the box labeled "Add operation to job list and defer processing". Then click on "Save". Do this for each file and once they've all been added to your list, select "Job Control" from the "File" dropdown menu and click on "Start"...

ONE time for EACH file, that's what I said before and that's what YOU said here:

This is not what I'm looking for... I do not want to open one file at a time I want to open them all, set the offset for all of them and save them. Just that... I think I was pretty explicit on my previous post :/

Perhaps I've not communicated it clearly enough:
1) This has to be done ONLY ONCE as a setup for ALL of the files that you will enter in the Job Control list:- Open file
- Go to streams
- Go to interleave
- change the audio/video sync
2) This is all that you have to do for EACH file:Then, click on "File", select "Save as", enter a new filename - and put a checkmark in the box labeled "Add operation to job list and defer processing". Then click on "Save". Do this for each file and once they've all been added to your list, select "Job Control" from the "File" dropdown menu and click on "Start"...
If you find this to be unacceptable, so be it. I just want to make certain you undertsand that you only have to establish the parameters ONE time and NOT repeatedly for each file...

But I still have to open every file and save every file manually and I didn't want that...

How many files are you talking about?

About 150.
EDIT: Nevermind, I just found DubMan which helps me process the files in a batch...

Glad to hear you've resolved your situation - and thanks for sharing the information regarding "DubMan" ;>}
