Why are there no full packages for Betas ?

As I had to notice once again there seems to be no full package for the latest Beta.

Unfortunately I de-installed the old version already before I detected it. :-((((

So why don't you provide a full package for Betas as well?

AGK is the only software with this curious "strategy"

There is nothing unusual about this strategy.

Why make the user waste his bandwidth and download all the bundled tools again, if he already has 3/4th of it installed from the previous stable release and nothing have changed since then? Just download and install whatever has been modified. If you've already uninstalled the old version, install a stable first and then the new beta over it. Next time onwards, you would remember since you've already learned your lesson (I think?).
