DVD-RB not keeping Redistribution after Video Segment Editor

I was test HC v0.22 on Superman Return and after the prepare phase I checked the REDISTRIBUTION.TXT file to see the diff between the segments, then I used the Video Segment Editor to mod the bitrates some. When I started the encoding I notice the bitrates were back to or very close to the org settings.

Anyone else see this??


Edit: When I said "mod the bitrates some", I dropped the menu and Extras to 50% and upped the main movie so the Total size was back up to 4.33gb

Did you touch the reduction slider in the editor?
It would set all segments back to the same proportional %-age reduction, flushing the redistributed profile.
