i noticed that most people join .m2ts files (e.g. from a main movie with multiple .m2ts parts) via "copy /b blabla.m2ts + blublub.m2ts...."
afaik it should also work with .tssplitter's joining function and using tsremux.
but which of those 3 methods is the most recommended one?
which does NOT lead to async audio/video, but keeps the movie 100% in original sync state?

LOL.....I think they are changing to new board software...not sure what that was pointing to but the best way IMHO to join M2TS files is eac3to followed by tsMuxeR. It depends on your playback hardware but eac3to will work for ALL codecs/platforms :)

tsMuxeR works great for me for joining .TS and .M2TS file.s

Use tsMuxeR, instead of opening the m2ts itself, open the corresponding MPLS file in the Playlist folder, this will append all that is needed for the complete movie.
Example: If you know the first part to the movie is 00001.m2ts, open 00001.mpls (in the Playlist folder).
