Hi,
anyone know the difference between WMVA and WVC1? i mean the feature difference. and i search on the google or msft.com, but the instructions are limited. as well as the FAQ of this forum.
after go through parts of source code, i only find one difference in sequence header, the syntax HRD_NUM_LEAKY_BUCKETS. any others? :thanks:
