Failure to Initialize Windows Media Encoder

I am getting the Failure to Initialize Windows Media Encoder object error message. I running Vista x86. I have fully installed windows encoder from MS website - several times - even as administrator. I did the hot fix also as admin. I have the updated .vbs file from Zambelli installed. I have SDK 11 installed. What else could be causing the problem?

Can you check your registry for key

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{632B606A-BBC6-11D2-A329-006097C4E476}

? That's the WMEncoder Class object registration. If it's not there, then WME9 install got corrupted somehow.
