Menu Streams -> Streams list -> Select the desired audio (if there are more than one) and Demux

A more general (but still practical) solution is the "dsm converter" option in Media Player Classic. This way it is possible to demux audio stream from any file that can be played back with DirectShow.

MPC solution:
File > Utils > DSM Converter > (right click) Add File > Select audio stream > (right click) demux

Sorry for bumping up this old thread, but I would like to add that the DSM Converter in MPC works great with .flv files, too. Does anybody know if there is a free directshow filter for .swf files and if extracting audio tracks would work with it as well? At the moment my MPC version 6.4.9.1 rev 89 with ffdshow can play .swf files with MP3 audio tracks fine, but the DSM Converter utility will not open them.

Use SWFExtract

MPC can't Extract Audio from SWF.
