For years I've used VD with manually edited .AVS scripts to encode my DVDs for SAPs, PDAs, mobile phones, VP6/7 for the notebook - a lot of manual tasks involved..
Apprx. a year ago I started to use MeGUI and it really does it for me, everything works smooth regardless of task, x264-MP4s 320x1xx with subtitles for my Nokia N93 - no problems at all, Xvid-AVIs with subtitles for my SAP - no (big) problems at all, I just love it!
And now version 0.2.6.x - I hesitated at first but it worked like a charm, and the workers does a great job on my new Q6600 - they really keeps the cores busy :)
It even works great in Vista even if I've seen posts telling the opposite.
A big thanks to all involved in MeGUI and keep up the good work :)
