Anime preset?

I'm encoding anime and I'm wondering what the best settings to use would be. I've been reading up and some of the presets are different from my script.

-i "" -pass2 ".stats" -bitrate -chigh 30 -clow 15 -overhead 0 -nopacked -vhqmode 4 -qpel -closed_gop -lumimasking -imax 16 -pmax 16 -max_bframes 3 -bvhq -bmax 16 -threads 2 -o ""

That is the command line thingy from megui. Settings that aren't present are set to the defaults.

Any suggestions? (changing quant ratio to 162?, min/max quant settings, etc...)

No lumi-masking on anime and cartoons, use cartoon-mode, don't try to get too high compression (constant quant=3 would seem a good idea).
