Just a note for those people that are using any Sony VAIO computer with built-in Bluray drives.
Sony has bundle all VAIO computers that have Blu-Ray drive with a copy of "WINDVD BD for VAIO". This player has one major limitation.
it will ONLY PLAYBACK any Blu-Ray or AVC-HD discs that are protected with AACS.
Meaning that any AVC-HD that you created using software that doesn't do AACS like "TSRemux" won't play on these computers.
I had to resort to Scenarist Blu-Ray authoring in order to make a disc that will play on the VAIO. Test it on VGX-XL3, VGC-RC310G, some AR laptops.
The weird thing is....it will play back on Sony's BDP-S1, S300 player just fine. It will also play on PowerDVD 7.3 (it plays HD-DVDs too)
Sony's Customer support suggestion!. Re-do your videos using the included program "Ulead BD creator" burn it to a $20 BD-R in MPEG2.
