Mencoder GUI with x264?

Hi,

does there exist an Mencoder GUI for Linux that supports x264 and mp4 and also supports some filters from Mencoder? :)

I´ve tried with google and have just seen old projects that will not get developed in moment. What is your favourite GUI?
