how can I convert flash to mp3, I want the flash music to play in my mp3, or can I get the flash music in an independent file?

Is this a flash file (SWF) or a flash video file (FLV)? The latter you can use DirectShowSource on in Avisynth or use ffmpeg/mencoder to extra the audio.

If its SWF, there are a few for-pay programs that extract audio... not sure if there's a free one, there probably is.

Or just run the flash file, and simultaneously record the sound with Audacity.

If it's an FLV just use graphedit (Dump filter) or VirtualDub 1.7.6 (plus the FLV plugin) and extract the stream itself. Most of them use MP3 already. A more roundabout way would be to use GDSMux to get the streams into MKV and then demux the audio with MKVExtract.

I know some good flv converter, such [spam], but my files are SWFI know that Amor SWF to Video Converter and SWF Toolbox both can do that, but it'd be nice to know the name of a free tool that can extract MP3s from SWFs, if anyone knows.

- As above FLV Extract - can extract MP3 from FLV (if file contain MP3).

- Flv Audio Extractor (http://www.eartmedia.com/flv-audio-extractor/index.html) - can extract MP3 from FLV (if file contain MP3).

- Avidemux - can extract MP3 and Nellymoser from FLV (other audio maybe too) - decompress or recompress too.

- Latest VirtualDub + FLV input plugin + ffdshow VfW wrapper - can extract MP3 from FLV (if file contain MP3) - decompress or recompress too.

- FFmpeg - can extract MP3 and other audio from FLV and SWF - decompress or recompress too.

- Mplayer - can extract MP3 and other audio from FLV and SWF - decompress too.

- SWF Extractor (http://www.19.5degs.com/swfextractor.php) - can extract Mp3 from SWF and maybe other audio.

- SWFTools (http://www.swftools.org/) (SWFExtract) - can extract MP3 from SWF and maybe other audio.

It's about freeware or GPL tools which can extract (and eventually decompress or recompress) audio from FLV and/or SWF.

Not some payable tools which just record A/V (played by Adobe Flash) and compress (used VFW and ACM codecs or FFmpeg).
