I only see Baseline Profile and Main Profile , does Mainconcept H.264 have high profile ?

Then i guess , Mainconcept's H.264 Encoder in TMPGEnc 4 Express doesn't have High Profile .

but it has some gr8 filters .
i know avisynth has some gr8 filters too , but getting them to work is tricky . if some of the common used filters like levels could be integrated into avisynth script creator in megui , it would be gr8 .

I think TMPGEnc uses the Mainconcept H264 V1 encoder.
