I captured this video from TV , plz tell me how should i remove this kind of noise and clean up the video .
Notice the noise around the edges and arms . Plz tell me how to clean that up .
I usually use Megui . so if u can tell avisynth filters , that would be helpful .

It's called dot crawl or crosstalk. Look at TComb, DeDot, FFT3dfilter, and any other dot crawl removers.
You'll probably also have crosstalk in the chroma as well, though it's not obvious there, and the same filters should minimize it there as well.
And from now on, capture with S-video or component! Capturing via composite or coax is how you get crosstalk in the first place.

but how do i plug in analog cable input to the pctv 50e .
i have a plug in front of cable wire which plugs into this kind of connector .

That looks like it might be a digital antenna/cable connector. I'm not sure, there's a lot of connectors out there. S-video should look like this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S-Video), the picture I saw of a 50e looked different. Maybe I was just seeing the other end of it.

yes u were seeing the other end of it . so my question now is if analog cable with RF Connector that i have right now can be replaced by S-video connector ?
